Location and the bunk beds for kids!

Bathroom was really narrow.

Location. Hidden hotel vibe. The air conditioner!

The bed was absolutely horrible. Barely qualified as a bad. There was no reason they couldn't provide a real mattress so you aren't essentially sleeping on wood.

The location was excellent, the room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Since there is very little storage in the room, more hangars are needed for the rack provided.

I thought having a cafe at the hotel was very useful and I love how easy it was to leave luggage so that I could roam around the area without having to bring my bags around. Also, all of the staff was very friendly.

I didn’t like how loud the trains were. I know other guests said it wasn’t too loud, but it was still very loud for me. However, it was kind for them to provide ear plugs for that purpose.

Staffs are super helpful, room is unique, nice new york style

The location was really good, close to the train station and shopping/restaurants.

Read the reviews on line about the noise not being bad from the trains. Not sure what the previous reviewers were thinking, the noise is horrendous. Trains running from 4am to 1am and approx every 2 or 3 minutes. Cannot sleep without earplugs and even then you could here the trains easily.

It was right in the middle of two train stations, giving us a couple options for getting around. The room itself was well sized and large enough to allow us to shift our stuff into different bags, as it was our last hotel before leaving Japan.There was a cafe in the lobby and the ability to order food.

We stayed at one of the rooms at the end, so it was a bit of a walk in the cold. Considering we usually used the JR station, it would be nice if there was a separate entrance near the rooms in the 20s so that we could save some steps on the way to the room.

Quirky loud hotel beneath the train tracks with loads of charm. Close to station and kombinis.

Good location

The sound, i know it says there will be noise but it was worst than we tought, maybe it was the location of our room but hahaha never again. Maybe if you are súper young and heavy sleeper go for it.

Very convenient location and staff were very kind

behind the beds were used ear cleaners and used ear plugs, very gross. The hair dryer was full of dust and doesn’t look like it was cleaned.

The location was great. Super close to the station and right around lots of fun stuff. The layout is a bit unusual, but this place was great for a larger group. The train rolls by every few minutes and it's pretty loud. our group liked it, but I am sure for some people this is a downside.

Location is great! If you are an otaku, you will be very close to the main shopping street, and there is are also decent food options in the tower across the street.

The bathroom in your room/unit is very very small.

Closeness to getting proper meals. The hotel is very close to the main street of Akihabara; making for a great merchandise dropoff/checkpoint.

Great location and very helpful staff! Good variety of room types and the cafe in the lobby was convenient. Just a couple minutes walk to the station.

The trains passing overhead were not an issue when going to sleep, but they did wake some of our group up (not me) in the morning when they resume service.

The property was nearby everything and the room was very cozy.

It was across a firefighter station and often times the sirens were louder than the trains itself. The trains weren’t even loud but the sirens and modified cars were.

It was convenient location with a restaurant inside and co working space combined. The room was also nice.

The sounds of train. Because it is just under the train rails or station, from 5am to 23pm you will hear noise of train running. If you are sensitive, not recommended

The breakfast was amazing! I loved the souffle pancakes. The location was really convenient too. Also, of all the bidets I experienced in Japan, your bidet was easily the best!

I can't think of anything I didn't like. My time there was great and I'd definitely return.

Awesome property built under a railway. The rooms are very efficiently laid-out with lots of storage space despite the small size.

No complaints about the property! Staff was very accommodating, the only issue we had was during checkout, the two people working the front desk were unable to help us get a taxi.
